The Leveler RLF series offers a precision straightener that can process material width up to 300mm, and can be adjusted to handle stock thicknesses
between 0.1 and 1.4mm. This is the optimum model for processing all kinds of precision components which require outstanding straightening
performance.1. Superior corrective ability, high level of product flatness, fully meet the precision requirements in precision machining.
2. The upper roller adopts the advanced 4-point type fine-tuning device, which is suitable for the processing quality requirements of the straightening machine with high precision requirements.
3. The roller has high hardness, wear resistance and long service life.
4. The transmission device adopts the universal joint connection, and the speed is controlled by the frequency converter to achieve the smooth feeding effect of the infinitely variable speed.
