It is made of high-strength rolling bearing steel bar quenched and tempered, high-frequency quenched, and chrome-plated on the surface. The surface hardness can reach HRC60-62°. It has high rigidity, strength and wear resistance, high leveling precision, and does not rub the surface of the material or scratch the material.

　　Feeding roller part: The feeding roller adopts a pneumatic pressing device, which can generate enough tension to send the material to the leveling roller and rotate synchronously. It is also made of high-strength rolling bearing steel, which is quenched and hard-plated, and has the same strength and wear resistance as the leveling roller.
